Fall is so beautiful...

but I know what is just around the corner! Winter and that means the weather turns cold and the snow begins to fall. That is when I really want to go to Mexico and think of days like these! A 8 1/2 x 11 layout I did of one of our vacations! Wow tomorrow is October, where did September go?

Last weekend...

I spent some time with one of my great nephew's, Jalen! What a cutie pie! He loves playing baseball and running track, he is only two! He was taking a break from running track! The energy this kid has!

I have been working on. This is one of the 9x9's for the family reunion book I did back in August.

I had big plans...

for my five days off of work, but they all fell through except for a couple. My sister and I went to the Extreme Makeover on Friday. It was such a fascinating experience to see a modest neighborhood being taken over by Hollywood! The deserving family consist of eleven kids, eight of which were adopted from Haiti. It was truly worth going out in the rain to see!

Wow....

it has been seven years ago today that our world changed in seconds. Seems like yesterday that those evil people shook our world. We will never forget! Do you remember what you were doing when those planes hit the towers...of course we all do. Today is Patriot Day! Thank you to all the men and women that are protecting our freedom.
